Shipping to Portugal, Spain, Europe and the rest of the world
Cestito.com is an international website, covering Spain and Portugal. However, we also ship to the rest of Europe.
Cestito.com only sells from 20 Euros.
We make our shipments through CTT/Postlog, or MRW when shipping to Spain, guaranteeing a fast and quality service. Shipping is carried out using the flat rate method, meaning you will always pay the same for shipping your purchases regardless of the total weight. And to reward the best customers, we offer shipping on orders worth 20 Euros or more.

Shipping Cost Offer
Valid for European customers (Mainland) who make purchases whose value exceeds 20 Euros. The net prices of the products count towards this amount (with fixed discounts and promotions).

Delivery times
All shipments are normally made once a week and arrive between 5 and 7 working days later. This shipment is made on Tuesday at the end of the day or Wednesday morning. Therefore, all orders received by 6pm on Tuesday will be safely processed and shipped the same week. Otherwise, they may be carried over to the following week. This commitment does not include:
– Unexpected stock failure
– Transport strike
- Vacation
– Force majeure reasons
The existence of a holiday may cause the shipping date to be brought forward by one business day.

Returns
There may be situations in which it is necessary to return items to the warehouse. In any of the following cases, the customer must use the same shipping address to send the item. Below are the most common reasons justifying this operation:
Reason: Defect or Wrong Item
If the item you purchased is delivered to you defective or exchanged, please contact us to resolve the problem immediately. With your consent, a new item will be sent to you for replacement. For this to happen, we first need you to send us the original article, so that it can be properly verified by us. In this case, all costs are borne by buckhead.pt, including return shipping.
Reason: Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping costs must be entirely your responsibility and the refund of the amount previously paid is made upon receipt of the returned item at our facilities. The item must be strictly as new: original box with all original packaging, all components, intact, without any use or assembly – it must be in a condition capable of being sold.
Reason: Customer Deception
If you made a mistake with the geabox version, compatibility series, sizes or fits – you can always return the item as long as it has not been assembled and is in perfect condition to be sold to another customer.
