Order Status
1．Order placed
If the order is successfully registered, you should receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the order.
This email contains invoice details and information about how to pay for the order.
2．Order processing
The order is immediately processed and prepared upon receipt of payment, you will receive an order processing message by email. The order is shipped within 1-3 business days.
If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of making payment, please contact the Buckhead Customer Service team.
3．Order shipped
Most orders are shipped the same day.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification message by email, informing you of the expected delivery date, the order usually takes 1 or 2 business days to reach you.
4．Delivery confirmation
When the order arrives, check the status and also receive a delivery confirmation message by email.
Ideally, an order should be delivered to you in person.
